Welcome to ODDA Dental. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, dental students, and clinical practitioners.

2. Professional & Clinical Use

ODDA Dental provides dental instruments, equipment, clinical materials, and student training packages. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that items are intended for use in accredited dental educational programs or by licensed dental professionals.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that instruments and materials are handled according to standard medical infection control protocols.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

We accept payments via InstaPay and Cash on Delivery / Pickup. For InstaPay orders, your order status remains “Pending Payment” until your transfer screenshot is uploaded and verified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, unauthorized transactions, or product unavailability.

4. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Due to medical hygiene and infection control standards, strict return conditions apply to dental supplies:

• Eligible for Return (14 Days): Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if they are brand new, completely unused, unsealed, and in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Any opened sterile goods, dental burs, root canal files, composites, bonding agents, or hygiene-critical supplies cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for an immediate replacement.

Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 4 business days directly to your InstaPay account or bank account.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched across Egyptian universities and governorates. Delivery timeframes typically range from 1 to 4 business days depending on your location.

Customers must ensure that contact phone numbers and delivery addresses are accurate to prevent fulfillment delays.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. We collect basic contact and delivery details solely to process your orders, communicate status updates, and provide support.

We never sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

ODDA Dental is an authorized distributor. Manufacturer warranties govern mechanical equipment and devices. ODDA Dental is not liable for indirect, incidental, or clinical damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased on our platform.
